How long does my order take to ship?
Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details. Delivery usually takes about 6 to 10 business days from the time you place your order, depending on the destination.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We prioritize our custommer satisfaction here at Veronicraft. This is why returning /exchanging online orders is easy and FREE! If you are not happy with your purchase, return for a store credit or exchange for another piece within 30 days.
In the case of your bracelet, necklace or earrings arriving damaged or broken, please send all the pieces back for a free repair. Only pay shipping back.

Skip the wait, place your order and it will be ready for pick-up in store during open hours, your order will be held for a maximum of -- days after which it will be returned to stock.
